So we removed our old cabinets and vinyl flooring not less, and we will have installed concrete slabs. We have a good layer of vinyl flooring, but no sponsor will be taken on board when the bar was. We have installed tile floors or do it yourself. Can I install it right on the level of vinyl records, and if so, what is the best adhesive to bond the tiles on vinyl?
